With the doctor's permission, tap record and pay attention to the person in the room. The recording is being built to sit alongside the record, so nothing said at the visit is lost.
Keep the paperwork
After-visit summaries, lab results, prescriptions and letters go in one place, and each fact keeps a link to the page it came from.
Check and share
A medication change or a follow-up is not settled until a family member confirms it. Then everyone you invite sees the same record, the same medicine list and the same next appointment.

When a dose changes, the list should show who said so and when. If two pieces of paperwork disagree, Wellkept is being built to point that out so nobody guesses.

Who will be able to see my family's information?
The plan is simple: only the family members you invite, and you choose what each person can see. Details will be spelled out in the app's privacy policy before anyone is invited to use it.
Does the person I care for need a smartphone?
No. You keep the record from your own phone. The parent or child you care for never has to touch the app.
What if Wellkept gets something wrong?
Nothing is meant to go on the medicine list until a family member confirms it, and every item is meant to link back to the paperwork it came from.

Leave your email and we will write when Wellkept is ready.
We keep your address only to write to you when Wellkept is ready. We never sell it or share it. Reply “remove” to any email from us and we delete it. Please don't include any health details.
